Bekay Ahn(비케이 안) 소장은 아시아 최초 CFRE(국제공인 기금조성전문가) 자격증 소지자로 텍사스 주립 대학 발전기금 자문위원, AFP 국제 분과 위원, CFRE 자격증 보드멤버로 활동했고, 아시안 대표로 국제 컨퍼런스 스피커와 대학 및 NPO/NGO 강사로 활동했다. 텍사스 주립대 석. 박사 과정에서 환경공학을 전공했고, Unitech Associates, Inc를 설립하여 환경영향평가와 성과관리 전문가로서 컨설팅 회사를 운영했다. 현 ICNPM(국제 비영리 협의회) 대표와 한국기부문화연구소 소장으로 한국에서 기금조성전문가 양성과 리더십을 위한 교육, 기금조성 컨설팅을 하고 있다.

KBS, MBC, 아리랑 TV등 공중파 메인 프라임 타임 뉴스에 기부관련 오피니언 리더로 출현했고,  관련 인터뷰와 강의가 방송되었으며, 각종 미디어에 칼럼을 기고했다. 사회복지공동모금회 모금위원으로 있으며, 서울대병원, 아산병원, 고대 병원 등의 모금자문위원을 역임했다.

한국 최초로 한양대학에 "필란트로피의 이해와 실천"과 "세상을 품은 적정기술"이라는 교양과목을 한국어로 개설하였고 현재 고려대 의과대학 특임교수로 기부문화 확산과 인성교육에 힘쓰고 있다.

Bekay Ahn has been working in the nonprofit sector for twenty years as an author, lecturer, teacher, speaker and fundraising consultant. He is the Founder & Principal of the International Center for Non-Profit Management (ICNPM) where he provides strategic counsel to not-for-profit and corporate clients, primarily in the areas of organizational development, team building, philanthropy, strategic planning and not-for-profit management and leadership. He has helped nonprofits raise hundreds of millions of dollars over the length of his career, inspiring volunteers and professionals to implement innovative fundraising and marketing strategies that advance the mission, vision and values of causes addressing society’s most pressing problems. Bekay has founded and initiated several organizations and institutions, including the Honor Society of Charity of Korea, Asia Philanthropy Awards (APA), Society of Philanthropy (SOP), and the Master and Ph.D degrees on philanthropy at Hanyang University. He has been called the most prolific writer and speaker on philanthropy and development subjects in Asia. Bekay holds a Masters and majored in Engineering at the Ph.D program at the University of Texas at Arlington. Named Outstanding Fundraising Speaker of the Year (2008) by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Bekay teaches the CFRE course that certifies professional fundraisers. He is currently a leading faculty member teaching Philanthropy and Fundraising at Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea. As a passionate writer and educator, Bekay has published six books: Fundraising Strategy for NPO, Fundraising Strategy for NPO (2nd Edition), The Power of Listening for Fundraisers, The Secret of Asking, Pandora’s Box, and The New Wave of Philanthropy
